Let guests order from the table — no app required.
ForkPI connects table ordering, restaurant service, kitchen preparation, and configurable service rules in one live workspace.
- Guests scan a QR code and order from their own phone
- Accepted orders route to the right kitchen or bar station
- Staff run every table from one live service board
No app for guests to download. No card required to start.
Built to move service, not paperwork
ForkPI focuses on the moments that decide a good service.
Less repetitive order-taking
Guests place and repeat their own orders, so staff spend their time on hospitality instead of walking every request back to a terminal.
Faster repeat ordering
Returning to the menu for another round takes a few taps — ideal for all-you-can-eat, drinks, and multi-course service.
Orders reach the right station
Every accepted item is routed to the correct kitchen or bar station automatically, with a clear queue for each.
One live view of the floor
Staff see which tables are ordering, waiting, ready, or asking for help — from a single board that updates as service happens.
How ForkPI works
From menu to closed table, one connected flow.
- 1
Build or import your menu
Create your menu, or let assisted intake read it from your existing documents.
- 2
Configure tables and rules
Set up tables, service packages, rounds, and the rules that govern ordering.
- 3
Place a QR code on each table
Each table gets its own code that opens the guest ordering view.
- 4
Staff open a table session
Opening a session pins the menu, pricing, and rules for that visit.
- 5
Guests scan, join, and browse
Diners join the table on their own phone and explore the menu.
- 6
Accepted items reach the right station
Each order request receives a decision and routes to the correct kitchen or bar queue.
- 7
Staff prepare, collect, and deliver
Preparation, collection, and delivery move through clear states.
- 8
Guests track and ask for help
Diners follow their order and request assistance without flagging anyone down.
- 9
Staff reconcile and close
The session settles the bill and closes cleanly when the visit ends.

Guest mobile ordering
What can I order?
A clean, branded menu with variants, allergens, and live availability, on the diner's own phone.
Live service board
Which table needs attention?
Every table's state and every open request in one place, updating as service happens.
Kitchen station queue
What should this station prepare next?
A focused queue per station, ordered so the line always knows what is next.
Expo and delivery
What is ready, and what is incomplete?
Expo sees what is ready to leave the pass and what is still waiting, before it reaches the table.
Menu authoring
What is safe to publish?
Draft, review, and publish menu versions with validation before anything reaches guests.
Table and QR management
Which code belongs to which table?
Manage tables and their codes, and open or close sessions as the floor fills and empties.

Private for guests, isolated for restaurants
Trust is part of the product, not an afterthought.
No guest accounts
Guests order without creating an account or profile.
Temporary, table-scoped sessions
A guest session is tied to one table visit and does not follow the diner afterward.
The QR alone is not a key
A table code by itself is not an ordering credential; sessions are opened and controlled by the restaurant.
Tenant isolation
Each restaurant's data is isolated from every other restaurant on the platform.
Durable orders
Accepted orders are recorded durably so nothing is lost mid-service.
Versioned definitions
Menu, service, and commercial definitions are versioned and auditable.
Permission-scoped access
Staff and kitchen access is limited to what each role needs.
Backups and recovery
Backup and recovery procedures protect your operational data.

Frequently asked questions
The things restaurant operators ask us first.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests join a table and order without creating any account or profile.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Ordering runs in the phone's web browser. There is nothing for diners to download.
Does ForkPI replace our POS?
ForkPI keeps table orders, Floor, and Kitchen in sync. It works alongside your existing till instead of replacing it.
Does ForkPI process diner payments?
ForkPI shows the bill and records what was paid. Your restaurant still accepts the money through its till, card terminal, cash, or another chosen method.
Can staff still take orders manually?
Yes. Staff and guests see the same table visit, so staff can add or adjust an order at any time.
Does it support all-you-can-eat rounds and limits?
Yes. You can set rounds, pauses between orders, and limits for each round or package.
What happens if the internet drops?
The guest screen keeps the last saved view and never claims an order was accepted without the restaurant's confirmation. It reloads the current state when the connection returns.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. The guest experience carries your restaurant's name, logo, and colours, within accessibility-safe limits.
Can menus support more languages later?
Yes. The guest experience is available in English, Russian, and Kazakh today, and restaurants can add their own menu translations.
How are allergens handled?
The restaurant records allergens for each dish. If a dish has not been checked, ForkPI never presents it as confirmed safe.
What devices are supported?
Modern phone browsers for guests, plus shared desktops, terminals, kitchen displays, and tablets for staff.
How does the free launch period work?
You get 60 days free, and the clock starts when you run your first live service session — so setup time is not counted against you.
